Course description
Like all things, if we don’t practice we quickly forget. With our Rescue refresher, you can again get into your paddling season with confidence, making sure you know what things to look out for with your daily planning and practice those things you need for when it goes wrong. You’ll learn from our qualified and experienced team of British Canoeing Sea Kayak Coaches who know the techniques and rescue skills inside out.

You have already completed a rescue course in the past.
