Due to my parents’ jobs, I got around a lot at a young age. Growing up in parts of Africa, Asia and every now and then a bit in my Swiss homeland, I see myself as a global citizen who actually knows no walls or borders. As a Swiss-Australian dual citizen, only natural borders such as mountains, beautiful landscapes with colorful meadows, rivers, lakes and of course the ocean connect me. I have the element of water within me from birth and I discovered my enthusiasm for water sports very early on.

Therefore, I had been looking for a job where I could combine my passions, to cultivate good food and drink in a sustainable environment. All the better, I got the opportunity from Hightide to share my culinary skills with people who also think very close to nature. For me it is a huge privilege to share my joy for nature with our guests right on the shore of Lake Brienz.
