Growing up in the south of Germany between the river Danube and Lake Constance, my journey on the water began very early. I bought my own kayak in 2012 and went on many exciting paddle tours with it. As a nurse, specialised in the care of the elderly, I worked in various places in Germany until I came back to Lake Constance.
To pursue my hobby and further my passion, I bought a professional sea kayak. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the knowledge to handle it safely and that’s how I first got in touch with Hightide. When I got to know the Hightide Kayak School and this wonderful place, I immediately knew that I would like to live here someday.
A year later, my dream came true and I became a team member at Hightide. Full of joy, I face the new challenge and look forward to sharing the experience of the indescribable feeling of moving silently over the water with our guests and allowing them to get to know nature in a new way.
