Barrie (Mustard) Robley

I was born in the UK but have been fortunate to travel and live abroad since leaving school. I am a passionate outdoorsman and have been working in the Outdoor Industry since doing my first summer season at PGL Adventure in the UK. As well as working as a Guide or Instructor over the years, I have also worked as Chief Instructor, Operations Manager, and Deputy Director at various Outdoor Centres around the world.

These days I like to call Switzerland home and share my life in Interlaken with my lovely wife, 2 cats, and our Swiss Mountain dog. My big passions are travel, rock climbing, hiking, canyoning, and mountain biking.

I started working for Hightide in December 2022 and am really excited about working as a Guide and All Rounder, plus having the chance to develop my Sea Kayaking skills and working on my Sea Leader qualification.
